This year, already for the fifth time, the International Clausthal Chemistry Workshop (ICCW) took place from 17.02.19 to 23.02.19. Students from France, Poland, Slovakia, Russia, the Netherlands and Germany started the chemistry workshop with experiments with supermarket products in the lab room of the Institute of Inorganic and Analytical Chemistry. Ms. Fittschen and her working group welcomed the participants to their first stop at Clausthal University of Technology. In addition to other institutes, companies and testimonies of the Upper Harz mining industry were visited.
The workshop had already been reported on in advance in the "Goslarsche Zeitung" newspaper.
