Successful Completion of DAAD Project

In 2025, the DAAD project on membrane reactors and water treatment, involving Mohammed Elkhateed and Abdallah Shaltout from the NRC in Cairo, came to an end.

In 2025, the DAAD project on membrane reactors and water treatment with Mohammed Elkhateed and Abdallah Shaltout from the NRC Cairo came to an end. Franziska Sand, Frithjof Mähler, and Ursula Fittschen met with the project partners in Cairo. In addition to the final discussion about the upcoming report, a follow-up project on hazardous elements in aerosols was also discussed. As part of the DAAD project, the German project partners visited the NRC Cairo three times, which was a very positive and informative experience and helped in planning the new project.
