Dr. Christian Lutz

Bachelor's degree in "Applied Chemistry" at Aachen University of Applied Sciences, Master's degree in "Analytical Chemistry and Quality Assurance" at Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences. The title of the master's thesis was "Quantitative Element Determination in Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics" and was prepared at the Bundeswehr Institute of Materials and Fuels (WIWeB) in Erding.

From 2015 to 2016 he received the Deutschlandstipendium funded by C. Gerhardt GmbH & Co. KG.

December 2017 until May 2022 as a PhD student in the research group. Research focus is on elemental determination as well as speciation in vanadium redox flow batteries.

Title of the doctoral thesis: "Proof of chemical reactions in ionomeric membranes using elemental determination and speciation of vanadium"
